CHOOSING A COURSE
We encourage you to browse our course catalogue carefully. While we facilitate access to a wide range of training opportunities, courses are provided by independent third-party training companies (“Course Providers”), not by us.
Each Course Provider has its own terms and privacy policies, which we recommend you review before making a purchase.
Each course listing includes key information, such as a course overview, assessment methods, duration and pricing.
Courses listed on our website are available to all users and are not personalised to your individual needs. It is your responsibility to determine whether a course is suitable based on the description provided.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in the course description, courses available on our platform:
- Do not lead to a formal qualification regulated by a government awarding body or accredited institution; and
- Are not recognised by any specific professional or industry body for the purposes of licensing, registration, or formal accreditation.
We make no guarantees or assurances that completing a course will:
- Qualify you for a particular job, role, or promotion;
- Lead to increased employment opportunities; or
- Be accepted by employers, educational institutions, or licensing authorities.
While we work to ensure course listings are accurate, the Course Provider is solely responsible for course content and its description. . We do not guarantee that a course will exactly match its description, and we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the course material. If you feel the course does not align with its description, please follow the steps outlined here to let us know.
BUYING A COURSE
The price displayed for each course includes VAT: what you see is what you pay, with no extra hidden fees at check-out.
Once you’ve found a course you’d like to purchase, just go through the easy online checkout process. By completing the payment, you’re confirming you’re happy with your course choice and agree to pay for it. We’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details to access your course.
If we can’t process your payment, we’ll let you know there’s a problem and work with you to resolve it so that you can complete your purchase.
If you change your mind after buying a course, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. As long as you haven’t already started the course, you’ll get a full refund. To cancel, just let us know through the Contact Us page, including your name, course details, and email address. If you’ve already started the course, we’ll deduct a reasonable amount to cover the part you’ve already accessed.
YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE COURSE
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to access it and take part in it for your own learning purposes.
Courses are sold individually to aid your personal development. You can’t share your access to a purchased course with anyone else. You also can’t copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any course materials, or use the course for commercial purposes.
If you run into any technical issues with the course, don’t hesitate to contact us through the “Contact Us” page, and we’ll help you out. You may access the course for as long as it remains available on our site. If a course is withdrawn by the Course Provider before you complete it, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on your progress. If that happens, contact us through the “Contact Us” page. We are not responsible for course withdrawal, but we’ll do our best to help.
All intellectual property rights in course content belong to the Course Provider. You must not infringe these rights or breach any applicable copyright or IP laws.
Some courses may include a certificate of completion – check the course description to see if this is available. Certificates must not be altered. Certificates of completion issued through this platform are not formal qualifications and may not be recognised by employers, academic institutions, or professional bodies unless specifically stated. Their value is informational and should not be relied on as evidence of professional training, accreditation, or certification.
You may be invited to submit a review of the course. Please ensure your review is honest and fair.
IF YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR COURSE
If you change your mind, you can cancel your course within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, as long as you haven’t started it.
After 14 days, or once the course is complete, refunds are not normally available.
If the course description was materially inaccurate, or if the course changed significantly after you purchased it, you may request a refund. In this case, your access to the course will be removed, and your refund will be adjusted based on how much of the course you accessed.
Refunds are not provided simply because you didn’t enjoy the course or found it difficult.
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted via the Contact Us page. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES TO YOU
We do not offer job placement services or guarantee any employment results as a result of completing a course listed on our platform.
Course Providers are independent from us. We are not responsible for the course content, the conduct or actions of Course Providers or any disputes between you and a Course Provider.
We may occasionally suspend access to the platform for technical, legal, or operational reasons (e.g. maintenance). While we aim to provide advance notice, we are not liable for any disruption or loss caused by temporary unavailability.
If we fail to meet our obligations under these terms, our liability is limited to the value of the course you purchased. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, will not exceed the course price paid.
If a course causes damage to your device or digital content due to our negligence, we will repair the damage or compensate you up to the course value. However, we are not liable for issues caused by failing to meet system requirements or using outdated software or virus protection.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, opportunity, or data.
